 My name is Andrés DG, member of the Readalot Book Club, and I'm writing to you to express my opinion about your services with the objective of helping you to improve the experience of the members.

 The best feature of the service is the wide selection of books available, these days it is really hard to find such a complete offer. Also, the community is very active so there are reviews of almost every single book, which helps to find the correct one without losing a lot of time and money. The chance of getting the three first products free is interesting but also misleading as there are only some of the books available. The same can be said about your 60% discount, it is true that you apply it, but only on the older books. You should be more sincere about these things.

 The worst is the customer service, I haven't been able to contact them, It does not matter if you write or phone them, the answer is silence. If you can't maintain the customer service properly then you should close it or employ more people, but don't leave it like that, it only serves to anger your customers. The fast post delivery is also inefficient, it usually takes a week for normal delivery and two days for fast delivery, that is the standard accepted in most business.

 To sum up, I really like your products but the service itself is quite bad and must be improved if don't want the community to abandon the club.

HOW TO PASS YOUR DRIVING TEST

 Most car accidents happen because of so-called "human factors", very few of them are caused by manufacturing errors or the lack of road maintenance. The same can be said about the driving test, the greatest obstacle to pass it is none than yourself, and that is great because it means you can do something about it, it isn't an issue outside of your range of control.

 The first part of the test is the theory exam, which is about the rules that you must follow when driving. Instead of trying to find the right answer start looking for which ones are incorrect, that way you can find the correct option by process of elimination. If you need more than a minute to answer a question, then skip it and return to it later once you have reached the last one. Time is golden in this type of situations, so don't waste it meaningless, stay focused.

 Once you have finished the exam you will be given forty minutes to rest before the practice exam, you should eat something with sugar, drink a bit of water and go to the bathroom. Never drink alcohol or soft drinks on the day of the exam, it will make you lose your focus and put in danger the other drivers. Drive calm and relaxed, ignore the notes that the examiner will be taking, If you don't understand any of the instructions ask him politely to repeat them.

 You should be very wary of bikes and trunks, also, when you pass a school o a very transited area. If you do as I said you will avoid making any fatal mistakes, but, if you were to fail, don't be discouraged. Reflect on your mistakes and try again.
